Sun & Shine Projects is a bespoke construction company based in Cornwall, overlooking the beautiful coastline of Newquay. We renovate houses—from beach shacks to family homes. Our mission is to create spaces that encourage a laid-back lifestyle for the people living in them.

Our background

Our founder Mark Bell, spent 20 years working in Australia building residential homes and free-form concrete swimming pools. This immersion into the Australian construction industry paved the way for his love of relaxed and unpretentious living.

Since moving to Cornwall in 2021 and opening Sun & Shine Projects, he is garnering a name within local communities for his ever-evolving unique aesthetic that features airy spaces, natural textures, warm colour palettes and pared back design.
