Sun & Shine Projects is led by Mark Bell who has a strong focus on craftsmanship and spaces designed for a relaxed, outdoor lifestyle.

Mark spent more than 20 years working in the construction industry in Australia, in the coastal communities of Noosa and Byron Bay. It was there that he developed his appreciation for fine craftsmanship, thoughtful carpentry and the kind of design that makes everyday living feel laid-back.

Since coming to Cornwall and establishing Sun & Shine Projects, Mark has brought that same approach to every project. Inspired by coastal living, we create homes that are practical, beautifully detailed and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

We believe that successful projects are built on more than construction alone.
